Our 3-month warranty is ideal if your budget is tight or you’re about to sell or trade your phone.

We also provide industry-leading aftercare that will take care of you if anything goes wrong with your repair.


3-month warranty service limitations:

A copy/industry-standard quality screen* will be fitted to your device as opposed to a genuine original manufacturer’s screen, or, in the case with iPhones, a PREMIUM quality screen, as you get with our LIFETIME GUARANTEE service.

*Premium iPhone screens v Industry-standard screens:
Premium quality iPhone screens have superior image and touch quality and their failure rate is less than 1%. Your original screen’s data can also be transferred to them.

Industry-standard lower-quality screens generally have a 20% failure rate and their image quality is poorer and their touch often breaks down

*Genuine Original Manufacturer’s screens v Industry-standard copy screens:
Industry-standard copy screens generally have a 20-30% failure rate with poor image and touch quality, plus, they’re made with standard glass – which breaks more easily.

Genuine Original Manufacturer’s screens (Samsung, Huawei, Sony etc.) have the original quality image and touch, and are made of toughened Gorilla glass.

No express service is offered with our 3-month warranty service, therefore, all LIFETIME guarantee repairs will take priority over 3-month warranty repairs.

All 3-month warranty repairs are cash only.

What our 3-month warranty DOES NOT cover…

In fairness, our 3-month warranty covers our workmanship and the failure/malfunction of the replaced or repaired component. It expressly does not cover the following:

  • Liquid damaged devices.
  • Mistreated, dropped or any subsequent damage to your device, including, a cracked, smashed or badly scratched screen/LCD.
  • Issues relating to the device’s motherboard or any other underlying issues.
  • Issues that are unrelated to the original repair.
  • Additional faults that develop after the original repair.
  • Devices that have been opened after our repair.
  • Any software-related issues.
  • Loss of data (please backup your data prior to repair)

It is limited by the following:

  • Non-transferable. If the original customer sells or gifts the device to someone else, the lifetime guarantee will end.

Warranty Claims

If you need to make a warranty claim, you will need your warranty certificate supplied to you at the time of your repair.

Please include your name, repair address, repair date, and order number along with details of the original repair and the problem you are now experiencing. This will help us provide you with a quick and efficient remedy.
