Our Data Recovery service is a two-stage process; diagnostic, then recovery.
Stage One: Diagnostic – £75.00
First of all, we’ll come and collect your phone and the diagnostic fee from your place – home or work.
We’ll then undertake a full diagnostic of your phone to find out if your data can be recovered. Unless your phone is badly damaged, this process is usually very successful.
Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.
We’ll then contact you with a full diagnostic report detailing if any, and what, data is recoverable and its likely condition. Once you inform us which data you wish to recover, we will quote you for its recovery. Please see stage two ‘Data Recovery’ below).
The cost of this diagnostic service is £75.00, payable when we collect your phone. Unfortunately, this fee is non-refundable.
Stage Two: Data Recovery – from £150.00 (in addition to diagnostic fee)
The second stage is the actual recovery of your data.
Once you agree to the additional recovery fee and give us the go-ahead to recover your data, we will extract the data you require from your phone and return it to you on a USB stick. In the unlikely event your recovered data is over 60Gb, you will have to supply a hard drive to us for recovery.
The cost of the recovery process starts from £150.00. Don’t worry, we will not undertake any recovery work without your consent.

Once complete, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver your data and phone back to you and collect the additional data recovery charge.
If you choose not to go ahead with the recovery process, you will have nothing further to pay and we shall arrange a suitable date and time to deliver your phone back to you.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the condition or quality of the data on your phone. We can only extract it ‘as is’ from your phone. We, therefore, can’t take any responsibility for the condition or quality of your recovered data.
