Motherboard Repairs…
Our Board Level Repair service is a comprehensive two-stage process that can fix most motherboard faults, reviving your device and getting it up and running again.
Stage One: Diagnosis
Our diagnosis service costs £55.00 and is payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable.
We’ll send your device to our board level repair specialists who will undertake a full and thorough diagnosis of your device’s motherboard to identify the fault and determine whether your device can be successfully repaired.
If it can, we’ll contact you for authorisation to continue with your repair. Please see stage two below.
If your device can’t be repaired, we’ll have it sent back to us for your collection and you’ll have nothing further to pay.
Stage Two: Repair
If your device can be repaired, we’ll contact you with a cost. If your happy to proceed, we’ll instruct our board level repairers to repair your device. The repair cost is in addition to the diagnosis fee.
Once we receive your repaired device back, we’ll contact you to arrange payment and collection.
Three Month Warranty:
Most of our motherboard repairs come with a limited three-month warranty. Unfortunately, power/charging related repairs DO NOT come with any warranty.
